| Pending home sales have gone up 18 straight months
WALTHAM, Mass. - November 12, 2012 – The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) reported today that pending home sales in October experienced their second biggest year-over-year increase since MAR began tracking this data. Condominium pending sales have also gone up significantly compared to the year before. Pending sales figures (also called homes under agreement) are a leading indicator of actual housing sales in Massachusetts for the following 2-3 months.

| This is the 14th straight month that the REALTOR® Market Confidence Index has gone up
WALTHAM, Mass. – October 17, 2012 – The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) today announced that the *REALTOR® Market Confidence Index (RMCI) has gone up for the 14th straight month compared to the year before and had the largest year-over-year percent increase since the data has been collected. The *REALTOR® Price Confidence Index (RPCI) continues to be near all-time highs and has been over the 60-point mark for the fifth straight month. A large percentage of REALTORS® surveyed are reporting homeowners are keeping their homes off the market because they are holding out for higher prices.

WALTHAM, Mass. – October 9, 2012 – The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) reported today that the fall housing market got off to a good start with another strong month as the number of single-family homes and condominiums put under agreement were up again in September. This is the 17th straight month that the number of single-family homes and condominiums put under agreement increased from the previous year. Pending figures are a leading indicator of actual housing sales in Massachusetts for the following 2-3 months. |

| Massachusetts Home Sales Up Again in August for 14th Straight Month |

| Over 5,000 homes sold for only 2nd time since June 2010
WALTHAM, Mass. – September 25, 2012 – The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) reported today that August marks the 14th straight month that single-family home sales have gone up compared to the same month the year before. Homes sold top 5,000-mark for only second time since June 2010 and the end of the homebuyer tax credit. Condominium sales were also up from August 2011. Single-family median prices were essentially flat, while condominium median prices were up compared to last year.
