| WALTHAM, Mass. – October 18, 2011 – Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) announced today that Karen King of RE/MAX Prestige in Wilbraham and Robbi Rubenstein of RE/MAX Prestige in Northborough were named MAR’s 2011 Good Neighbor Award winners. The Good Neighbor Award recognizes REALTORS® for their community activism. The awards were presented at MAR’s Professional Awards Reception, which was held in conjunction with the Association’s 2011 Conference and Tradeshow at the DCU Center in Worcester.

Shaw Distinguished Service Award for 2011. Peretti was presented the award at MAR’s Professional Awards Reception, which was held in conjunction with the Association’s 2011 Conference and Tradeshow at the DCU Center in Worcester.

| Waltham, Mass.- October 18, 2011 – The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) announced today that Robert Nahigian, a state-certified real estate training instructor and broker/owner of Auburndale Realty Co., in Newton, has been named the recipient of the 2011 Massachusetts Real Estate Educator of the Year Award. Nahigian was announced as the award winner at MAR’s Professional Awards Reception, which was held in conjunction with the Association’s 2011 Conference and Tradeshow at the DCU Center in Worcester.

| September REALTOR® Market Index Up for Second Straight Month |

| REALTORS® Split on impact of lower FHA and GSE loan limits
WALTHAM, Mass. – October 12, 2011 – The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) today announced that for the second straight month, REALTOR® members were more confident about the market in September 2011 compared to the same time last year according to the most recent REALTOR® Market Index. The September REALTOR® Price Index (RPI) was down from September 2010. On a month-to-month basis, both indexes were down. When asked about the impact the return to lower FHA and GSE loan limits will have on the Massachusetts real estate market, REALTOR® members were split.

| Massachusetts Single-Family Pending Home Sales up for Fifth Straight Month |

| WALTHAM, Mass. – October 4, 2011 – The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) reported today that the number of single-family homes put under agreement in September went up for the fifth straight month compared to the same time in 2010. Condominium pending sales were down only nine units from September 2010. On a month-to-month basis, the number of single-family homes and condos put under agreement were down from August.
