| REALTOR® Study Reports 94 Percent of Massachusetts Home Buyers and Sellers Worked with a Real Estate Professional in 2011 |

| WALTHAM, Mass. – February 8, 2012 – Fully 94 percent of home buyers and sellers worked through a real estate professional in 2011, according to a recent Massachusetts housing study. This is an increase of 12 and 13 percent respectively since this statistic was first tracked by MAR in 2003. The study also found that despite the high number of foreclosures and short sales, only three percent of sellers cited not being able to afford their home as a reason to sell.

| 2011 single-family home sales down less than two percent from year before
WALTHAM, Mass. – January 24, 2012 – The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) reported today that December 2011 home sales were essentially flat (down less than half of one percent) after five straight months of year-over-year increases while condominium sales were down compared to December 2010. Median prices were down for single-family homes, but up for condominiums compared to the same time last year. For the second straight time, year-end sales numbers were down less than two percent from the year before.

| Mild weather in November and December was beneficial
WALTHAM, Mass. – January 18, 2011 – The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) today announced that for the fifth straight month, REALTOR® confidence in the real estate market has gone up compared to the same time last year according to the December 2011 REALTOR® Market Index. The REALTOR® Price Index (RPI) in December was up from last year. Fifty-one percent of REALTORS® responded that the unseasonably warm weather in November and December had a positive impact on the market.
