| Median prices flat from last year
WALTHAM, Mass. – July 24, 2012 – The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) reported today that June marks the 12th straight month that single-family home sales have gone up compared to the same month the year before. Condominium sales were also up from June 2011, for the sixth straight month of year-over-year increases. Single-family median prices were flat compared to last year while condominium median prices continued to increase from the year before.

| Price Index again over the 60-point mark
WALTHAM, Mass. – July 18, 2012 – The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) today announced that both the REALTOR® Market Index (RMI) and the REALTOR® Price Index (RPI) continue to be up compared to the year before. While short sales and foreclosures continue to have a larger-than-normal presence in the market, the majority of REALTORS® who work with these types of sales reported no change in this part of their business compared to last year.

| Homes under agreement climb past the 5,000 homes mark for second consecutive month
WALTHAM, Mass. – July 11, 2012 – The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) reported today that the number of single-family homes put under agreement in July went up again for the 14th straight month compared to the same time in 2011. Condominium pending sales were also up from the same time last year for the 14th straight month. Pending figures are a leading indicator of actual housing sales in Massachusetts for the following 2-3 months.

| Massachusetts Home Sales Up for 11th Straight Month in May |

| WALTHAM, Mass. – June 26, 2012 – The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR) reported today that May single-family home sales increased again compared to the same time last year for the 11th straight month. Condominium sales were also up from May 2011. Single-family median prices were down compared to last year while condominium median prices rose for the third straight month.

| Recipients nominated for grants by local REALTOR® Associations
WALTHAM, Mass. – June 21, 2012 – The Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® Charitable Foundation recently announced the 2012 recipients of its spring Housing and Homeless Assistance Grants. The following charities were nominated by local REALTOR® Associations and then selected to receive a share of $14,500 in grants based on their initiatives to provide affordable housing, shelter and other emergency care services within Massachusetts.
