Knowing that people buy and sell homes in all markets and that the real estate transaction can be complicated, Tiger Home Inspection has launched a series of radio public service announcements (PSAs) touting the benefits of working with a REALTOR®.  The 60-second PSAs will run over 40 weeks in 2009 on 105.7 WROR-FM and 102.5 WKLB-FM.



The first PSA, which started airing on March 2, focuses on how REALTORS® can assist sellers in preparing their home for sale.  This includes proper pricing, staging and recommending the types of repairs that will maximize the home’s value.  Future PSAs will feature additional relevant real estate information home buyers and sellers should consider before jumping into the market.
